Yes, the the biggest, cheapest, oldest, greatest, most-est at the extremes of what sold for the first 4 months of 2020.

The Wacky Stats and What’s Odd (Home Sales & More)
Here it is in words instead of a visual:
- Longest Days on Market: 562 days Now that’s PAIN!
- Largest home Sold : 11,141 sq ft (in Camarillo) Big, but not the biggest out there.
- Smallest home Sold: 352 sq ft This wasn’t even a condo! It was a small beach house!
- Most expensive: $9,995,000
- Least expensive: $184,385
- Most bedrooms: 8
- Most bathrooms: 9 (How do you have more bathrooms than bedrooms?!)
- Most garage spaces: 10 (Whoa! Still doesn’t put Jay Leno to shame.)
- Oldest home: Built in 1890 (in Santa Paula) Wow. Santa Paula is older than I thought!
