My Start

As a broker associate at eXp Realty of California, I transitioned into a career in real estate after many years in the film industry as a film and videotape editor, where fastidious attention to detail and precise communication skills were crucial for a sustained career.

Prior to joining eXp, I was at Keller Williams Westlake Village where I spent almost 9 years.

My Degrees and Designations

I obtained by real estate broker’s license in 2010 and have several NAR designations including SFR, CDPE, BPOR, PMN, and SRES.

I also have a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Master of Arts from Phillips Graduate Institute.

My Work Style

I love working with buyers and sellers and have an unusual ability to connect with them as well as other agents in order to facilitate a smooth transaction from start to finish. My goal is to put you at east, to talk in a sensitive and natural manner, to leave you with the feeling that I really “get” your situation and know what to do about it.

Throughout the process, I provide statistics and numbers, along with a detailed market analysis and evaluation of the property. This updated picture of the constantly changing local real estate market and what to expect to net or pay at the end allows both buyers and sellers to feel in control of the process so that they are not surprised along the way.

Selling a house is a big decision, one of the biggest ones that people make in their lifetimes, and the process can be made smoother with information and preparation.

I am a past President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Ventura County. Women’s Council is the 12th largest women’s organization in the U.S. and is a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as professionals and leaders in business, in the industry, and in the communities they serve.
